I have been in the security field for 15+ years and have had multiple classes from several “training companies”. Eric has the most professional and informational delivery I have ever experienced. He did not let politics or personal opinions influence his delivery of the content. I have had previous instructors spend a whole day speaking about how they disagree with the state curriculum and putting a political spin on every topic. I have experienced previous instructors demean and belittle students due a perceived lack of intelligence even though they have no real world practical experience in Use of Force. Eric’s real world experience shines through in his delivery and ability to break content down for all students to understand. I also witnessed an event on the firing range that really impressed me. Eric noticed multiple safety violations from a student and discreetly removed them from the qualification so as to not ridicule the student. In my previous experience, instructors would make fun of the situation to the remaining students. Most students in my class didn’t even notice Eric remove the individual. I also appreciated being held to the standard at the range instead of being allowed to slide with certain things. 100% professional and I will be returning for all of my future recertifications as well as recommending Spartan Training Solutions to others in my company and in my field!

Being brand new to the security Industry I struggled early one with e the Shooting qualification He kept pushing me and taught me a lot with what I needed to do and I was able to pass on my 3rd attempt.
