Eric P. Schneider,
Director of Training
Spartan Training Solutions is led by Eric P. Schneider, Director of Training. Eric is a retired 15-year law enforcement veteran, current Private Protective Services and SLED instructor, and the Owner/CEO of SRT Defense Industries.
After college, Eric attended Basic Law Enforcement Training and began his career with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. During his law enforcement career, he served in multiple roles across patrol, investigations, specialized units, traffic enforcement, crime scene processing, narcotics investigations, violent crimes, homicide, and supervision.
Throughout his career, Eric received recognition for excellence in policing, community service, and multiple life-saving events. His professional training includes roadside criminal interdiction, undercover operations, crime scene work, crisis intervention, social media exploitation, interview and interrogation, and leadership development.
In 2022, Eric entered the private protective services field in North Carolina. In March 2024, he became Director of Training at Spartan Training Solutions. Today, he works with security company clients and self-paying students throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.

Director of Training

Robert D. Hambrick
Unarmed Training Instructor
Robert D. Hambrick brings more than three decades of security industry experience to Spartan Training Solutions. A 34-year veteran of the security field and current Private Protective Services instructor, Robert serves as an Unarmed Training instructor for Spartan Training Solutions.
Robert began his security career in 1990 and worked his way through multiple levels of responsibility, giving him firsthand knowledge of what security officers, supervisors, account managers, and operations leaders face in the field.
His background includes experience as a security officer responsible for patrols, service calls, community events, and camera monitoring. He later advanced into assistant site supervisor, site supervisor, field supervisor, account manager, state instructor, and operations manager roles.
Throughout his career, Robert has been involved in scheduling, payroll coordination, site coverage, licensing compliance, uniform standards, hiring, new-hire training, account management, and day-to-day branch operations. This operational background gives him a practical understanding of what security companies expect from officers and what new students need to know before entering the field.
Robert joined Spartan Training Solutions in 2024 as an Unarmed Training instructor.
