North Carolina PPSB Unarmed Officer Training $125
This is the NC PPS 16 hours required course for an unarmed officer. Class can be completed in person at our Charlotte office or remote via web cam on a desktop or laptop. Classes are held every Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30am – 4:30pm
Training will cover the following concepts:
- Legal Issues
- The security guard in North Carolina
- Patrol procedures
- Emergency response
- Communications
- Deportment
- Taking notes and writing reports
North Carolina Armed Officer Training $350
This is the NC PPSB 20 hour required training for the Firearms certification to be an armed officer. This course will consist of classroom training, written test and the range practical’s followed by and examination which includes day and night fires and must score 80% or higher. All instruction is completed at our Charlotte office on Wednesday and Thursday from 8am – 6pm.
At the start of the class you will need to have the following:
Duty weapon- duty belt, at least a level 2 retention holster, magazine pouch, 2 magazines, flashlight
At least 300 rounds of practice ammunition.
* Price includes range time, targets, and the 1st 250 rounds of ammunition (that includes 150 practice at 100 for qualification). If additional ammunition is needed, it will need to be purchased by the student.

North Carolina Armed Recertification $175
This course is the annual renewal course (4 hrs) for those already firearm certified by NCPPSB. The renewal certification course will consist of classroom training (covering legal and handgun safety), written test and the range practical examination which includes day and night firing and must score 80% or higher. All instruction is completed on Thursday from 8am – 12pm.
At the start of the class you will need to have the following:
Duty weapon- duty belt, at least a level 2 retention holster, magazine pouch, 2 magazines, flashlight
At least 300 rounds of practice ammunition.

OC/Baton/Handcuffing – 8hr Course – $150
